At imartdecor.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned decor for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
